Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Please note that Verzuz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they leave our hands. For shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly.
Preorder Information
Some items on our site are available for preorder. Placing a preorder reserves the item before it becomes available in stock.
Preorders are charged at the time of purchase to secure your item.
Please allow 2–6 weeks for your preorder to be processed and shipped. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as it’s on the way!
Return Policy
At Verzuz, all sales are final.
Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our drops, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
In some cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
